Resident rooms – We have spacious rooms that we may furnish for you or you may bring your own furniture and make the room your own, remember, the Villa is the “Next Best Thing to Home”. We have private rooms with private bathrooms or semi private rooms with a bathroom. Our rooms are larger than most of your Nursing home rooms. We also have suites available which make a great place for couples. Rates: Private Room with Private Bathroom - $69.00 per day Semi-Private Room - $55.00 per day Suite - $74.00 per day.
