Resident Council –

The Resident Council at the Villa gives residents another opportunity to discuss ideas, problems, suggestions and opinions about the operation of the Villa.  Many things are expressed pertaining to what food they like to have more of, less of, maintenance problems, any ideas or changes to the activities or suggestions of new activities or places they would like to go.  All of this information is gathered and sent to each department to act on. 

All residents attend.  This is another great opportunity to express their opinions aside from the daily opportunities.

Resident Council meetings are held monthly and at those meetings Employee and Resident of the Month are voted on.
