Resident Cottages –

The Villa has 3 cottages on their property.  These cottages are located adjacent to the Villa.  They each have a large living room, bedroom, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, utility room with a washer and dryer.  There is a carport and an enclosed storage area.  The Cottage is also equipped with a call system so if an individual would happen to fall, the system would ring at the Villa and we could send someone to the Cottage.

This spacious cottage is owned by the Villa and the tenants of the cottage may come and participate in activities and utilize the meals and salon for a small charge at the Villa.    

The Cottage monthly rent is $550 per month plus your utilities.  Maintenance and yard items are all included in the monthly rent.
